Open Access Publication & Article Processing Charge (APC)
As an international open access academic journal, all articles published are made freely and permanently available to readers worldwide. To achieve this, the journal covers the costs of its publication services by charging APC.

The APC is used to support the following services:

1. Editorial and Author Support: Includes training on the editorial system, provision of writing tools for authors, and dedicated customer service.
2. Production and Dissemination: Covers professional typesetting, online production, platform hosting, and long-term archiving of all published articles.
3. Quality Assurance: Supports the management of the peer-review process, continuous optimization of editorial workflows, and rigorous academic quality control.
4. Open Access Platform Maintenance: Ensures that your research is immediately and freely accessible to a global audience upon publication.

APC Schedule and Payment Information
1. Standard Fee (excluding tax): ¥1,500 CNY per article.
2. Limited-Time Discount Offer (Effective until December 31, 2026): During this period, To encourage the publication of high-quality academic achievements, the actual cost is temporarily discounted by approximately 21%, with the discounted price being 1,185 CNY per article.
3. Education and Public Service Discount: If the first author of the manuscript is a full-time student or a public service professional (such as a teacher, doctor, or nurse), an additional 10% reduction is applied to the net price, bringing the final fee to ¥1,066 CNY.
4. Page Limits and Charges: The standard publication fee covers up to 20 typeset pages. Submissions must have a minimum length of 3,000 words. Any pages exceeding the 20-page allowance will incur an overlength charge of ¥200 CNY per additional page.
5. Tax Information: Please note that if a formal invoice is required, an additional 8% will be charged to cover applicable taxes and administrative costs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Payment Process
1. The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication and before it is published.
2. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author by our editorial office or a member of the editorial board upon manuscript acceptance.

Important Policy
The APC is due once a manuscript is accepted for publication. Once an article is accepted, the APC is non-refundable, and the publication cannot be cancelled.
