APC收費標準與支付說明

1. 標準費用（未含稅）：每篇文章1500元人民幣。

2. 限時優惠（截至2026年12月31日）：為鼓勵高品質學術成果發表，實際費用限時減免約21%，優惠至1185元人民幣/篇。

3. 教育與公共服務優惠減免：若論文的第一作者為全日制學生和教師、醫生、護士等公共服務領域的專業人士，可享受實際價格疊加優惠10%的減免，即1066元。

4. 版麵説明：標準版麵費已包含10個版麵/頁，4000字起投。若超過10個版麵/頁，每個版麵/頁按200元加收費用。

5. 稅費說明：如需正式發票，需根據適用法律法規加收實際財稅成本8%，敬請諒解。

2. Limited-Time Discount Offer (Effective until December 31, 2026): During this period, To encourage the publication of high-quality academic achievements, the actual cost is temporarily discounted by approximately 21%, with the discounted price being 1,185 CNY per article.

3. Education and Public Service Discount: If the first author of the manuscript is a full-time student or a public service professional (such as a teacher, doctor, or nurse), an additional 10% reduction is applied to the net price, bringing the final fee to ¥1,066 CNY.

4. Page Limits and Charges: The standard publication fee covers up to 10 typeset pages. Submissions must have a minimum length of 4,000 words. Any pages exceeding the 10-page allowance will incur an overlength charge of ¥200 CNY per additional page.

5. Tax Information: Please note that if a formal invoice is required, an additional 8% will be charged to cover applicable taxes and administrative costs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
