APC收費標準與支付說明

1. 標準費用（未含稅）：每篇文章1500元人民幣。

2. 普惠髮表：自2026年10月1日起，凡投稿本刊並通過評審錄用的稿件，版麵費統一特惠至966元/篇。

3. 徵稿對象：全學科專業可投，麵向不同領域的學者老師、業界人士、各層次學子。

4. 版麵説明：標準版麵費已包含10個版麵/頁，4000字起投。若超過10個版麵/頁，每個版麵/頁按200元加收費用。

5. 稅費說明：如需正式發票，需根據適用法律法規加收實際財稅成本6%，敬請諒解。

2. Inclusive Publishing Initiative: Effective from 1 October 2026, all manuscripts submitted to this journal and accepted following peer review will be entitled to a reduced publication fee of ¥966 CNY per article.

3. Target Contributors: Open to all academic disciplines; submissions are welcome from scholars, educators, industry practitioners, and students at all levels across diverse fields.

4. Page Limits and Charges: The standard publication fee covers up to 10 typeset pages. Submissions must have a minimum length of 4,000 words. Any pages exceeding the 10-page allowance will incur an overlength charge of ¥200 CNY per additional page.

5. Tax Information: Please note that if a formal invoice is required, an additional 6% will be charged to cover applicable taxes and administrative costs in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
