AI聊天机器人在心理健康支持中的应用效果与伦理挑战研究

本研究系统性综述 AI 聊天机器人在心理健康支持领域的应用价值与伦理争议。研究发现,这类工具通过整合认知行为疗法(CBT)等循证干预技术,在缓解焦虑、抑郁等常见心理症状,以及提升服务可及性、降低干预成本、消除求助污名化等方面表现突出,尤其为资源匮乏群体提供了重要的补充支持渠道。但现有研究也一致指出其核心局限:缺乏真实情感共鸣与深度同理心,难以构建稳固的治疗关系,在复杂心理危机干预中存在明显能力边界。同时,AI 聊天机器人的应用还面临数据隐私泄露、算法偏见、用户心理依赖及责任归属界定等多重伦理风险。通过综合对比 AI 与人类治疗师在情感联结、服务适配性、专业深度等维度的差异,本研究明确其定位为“补充工具”而非“替代方案”。研究结论强调,未来心理健康服务体系的优化方向应聚焦“人机协作”核心模式,将 AI 的技术高效性与人类的情感洞察力相结合,辅以完善的伦理监管框架与持续的技术创新,最终推动心理健康服务向更具包容性与实效性的方向发展。
